Add to Cart Stopped Working

    Hi,

    I’m using ProductX – Gutenberg WooCommerce Blocks on my homepage.
    The “Add to Cart” button has stopped working, and I don’t know why.
    I’ve tried disabling any new plugins to the site, and nothing has worked.

    Add to Cart with other WooCommerce Blocks(from other developers) works fine,
    as does the Add to Cart button on regular Woocommerce product pages.

    I’m using WordPress 5.64.

    Hi @hotchd,

    This is not productx plugin issue. It’s not working because your theme/plugin creates a JavaScript error on this site. See the screenshot https://prnt.sc/13mqvzm. That’s why Productx’s JS file not working perfectly. Just deactivate your website theme/plugin one by one and check this issue. I hope you will find the reason why it is not working.

    Note: I already checked the Productx plugin in my local environment, It works perfectly

    Hi,

    First, thanks so much for your reply.

    I turned off plugins one by one except for WooCommerce and ProductX. I tried changing the Theme. I also tried turning off all Javascript snippets and related plugins.

    Still not working.

    Any ideas? I could update WooCommerce — I’m currently on version 4.8.0 —
    but would prefer not to as there are lots of plugins that could also be affected.

    New wrinkle:

    Product Grid #2 and Product Grid #3 work. The add to cart button on those grids work fine as you can see at the bottom of the page here:
