I was wondering if it possible in the pro version, or the free, to add the input field via ajax.

I’m currently using a ?add-to-cart=id style link as don’t won’t the customer to leave the shop page, and having the products added via ajax.

If not, could you let me know what I could add to the functions.php to check if a product has an input field, so I can change the link code to a form code for products that need it.

    Thanks
    George

    Hi @gpcrawford

Could you please explain to us what exactly are your needs with the plugin as we are a bit unclear with your query?

So, it would be great if you can explain to us with an example so that we can assist you in a better way.

So if you take a look at thebrookbistro.com you will see I am currently displaying the products via a categories shortcode, which have Ajax add to cart on so they don’t leave the shop page each time they add a product to the cart.

I need to add cooking instructions for the steaks, but would like it so that is added via Ajax too if at all possible.

    Hope that clears it up.

    Hi @gpcrawford,

I am afraid that currently, it is not possible from our plugin to achieve such requirements.

Do let us know if you have any further queries.
