Add to cart without reloading the page

    Hi,

    I’m using your plugin, I really like how it works. Would there be a way to add a product to the cart without reloading the page?

    The standard “add to cart” button on the product and product archive works that way, thanks to the Astra theme and the Ajax add to cart feature.

    I’m a little annoyed when I add an upsell product to cart and the whole page reloads.

    Hi @sedivy ,

    For your information, this is our live demo for this plugin. It doesn’t need to reload the whole cart when adding the upsell funnel items: https://demo.wpclever.net/wpcplant/cart/?add-to-cart=16. You can give it a try.

    If it doesn’t work that way on your site, kindly provide us with your site link. We will check if there is anything interfering with our plugin.

    Hi Janilyn,

    Thank you for your message. Page reaload is triggered when you add upsell products in checkout. It does not happen in the cart.

    I have 2 staging websites, 1 theme Astra PRO, the other Kadence. In both cases, page reaload is triggered if I add an upsell product only in checkout.

    On the Superar page I added upsell products to the side-cart as well, here it triggers a reload as well.

    Please update to version 3.0.1, clear the caches from your site and browser before checking again.


    Our developers have checked and fixed the issue on the Checkout page.

    Hi,

    I very appreciate the speed of the update, but it doesn’t work quite right.

    On the checkout page, the page no longer refreshes. But – the checkout page freezes and it is not possible to scroll through the page. In addition, the added product remains among the upsell products, not removed after adding it to the order.

    I will gladly support the plugin with a purchase and give a positive review if you debug it. And if no-page-refresh would also work in side-cart, i.e. in archive, it would be a totally cool thing ??

    Hi @sedivy ,

    I checked again with our developers. They would like to confirm if you have completely cleared the caches from your site and browser. They said that they have checked everything on the new version and it should work properly by now.
