Hello, on our shop when I want to add a product from my wishsuite page to my cart and I have quanity as 1 and click add to cart it adds 2 products to the cart. If I for example to choose to add 5 and click on add to cart it will add 6. It seems there’s always one more added then I ask for.

    How can I resolve this?

This can be closed. The cause was an incomptabilty with another plugin.

    Hello @abotimon,

    Thank you for the update!

With all due respect, we assure you that our plugin is carefully built with all the best practices and standards of WooCommerce in mind. Therefore, it’s unlikely that the WishSuite plugin is causing such an uncommon issue.

It’s possible that another third-party plugin is utilizing the same action hook to either add or increase the product quantity in the cart. This could be the reason why it’s creating a conflict with our plugin.

I hope our support representative has already identified the issue and offered you a solution via the ticket you created.

Wishing you a wonderful day ahead!

Yes I want to say it’s definitely not the fault of your plugin at all. There is some very specific custom work on this shop which was causing the conflict. And I would have loved to continue with wishsuite because it was great to work with but it was just easier to switch to something else.

I would only recommend the wishsuit plugin and also your support team, they were super helpful and fast with the support!

It’s great to hear that you have figured out the exact cause of the conflict.

I understand why you had to switch to something else. However, I greatly appreciate all your kind words about the plugin and its support team ??

We always strive to provide our valued users with the best quality support possible.

    Wishing you all the best!

    Kindest regards,
