    The add to home screen message doesn’t appear on the homepage. I tried deleting the cache by installing the plug-in, but it still doesn’t. Please tell me how

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We have reviewed the URL you shared and did not find any such issue. The Add to home screen is also appearing on your website, as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Kindly clear the cache and cookies, including server-side cache, and check again on a different device. If the issue persists, please let us know.

    All I want is to pop up when I access the site without pressing the button.
    Also, I hope the pop-up pops up automatically on the mobile website.

    Please check for any conflicts with other plugins or the theme, as such issues can occur due to conflicts. Try disabling all other plugins and see if the popup appears. Then, re-enable plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one. If the issue persists, please let us know.
