Hey, I like these PWA things – excellent for speedy and offline browsing, aren’t they?

One problem though – the ‘Add to Home Screen’ message.

Ok, I can do without it at the moment – I just need to find a way to make users look right at the top of the screen and click on the triangle thing – which creates a shortcut.

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy, which is using Samsung’s own internet browser, so maybe that’s the problem?

Tried it out in ‘flight mode’ and everything loaded immediately, plus the ‘offline page’ is working great too.

    Great plugin!

Just as a follow-up on this, I tried it out on Google Chrome and the ‘add to homepage’ button appeared straight away.

As I already said – great plugin!

    Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response as I was not well for the past few weeks.

Good to you and thanks for using SuperPWA. Upon Samsung Internet you cannot even notice a Add to Homescreen prompt like on Google Chrome browser. Samsung Internet uses Ambient badging for adding the website to Homescreen. Once you tap over it the shortcut will be added to the Homescreen instantly. You can read more over this at our knowledge base.

Hope that will help you more.
