Hello. This is a wonderful plugin and it works perfectly on our site. I do realize that the add to homescreen prompt does not appear when SuperPWA is added to WP installations in a subfolder. However, the app works perfectly using manual install through the Chrome add to homescreen option.

I understand that you are working on a solution to enable the a2hs prompt to function if the WP installation is in a subfolder. I am very familiar with coding my own installation (I’m sure there are others as well) and would appreciate it if you could give me some guidance on getting the prompt to work from a subfolder. Hand coding is okay with me.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,

Good day. We’re working on PWA support for sub-folder installation, and most probably we can roll out it overcoming releases. At this time, there is no quick hand-code fix as it may cause some other features of the PWA. Rather than rolling out a half-cooked code, we are trying out our level best to resolve this as soon as possible with all tests that can. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi @guiadelamujer1,

Good day to you and thanks for reaching out to us. I think we helped over to easily fix the prompt over Facebook page sometime before.

    Looking forward.

    Hi @josevarghese,
any date estimate as to when this awesome plugin will support for sub-folder installations? Thanks!

    Hi @delwark,

I cannot share any ETA at this time, as we haven’t fixed any date’s for the releases. Most probably you can expect it after the coming update (2.0)

IE; within the 2.1 or 2.2 version
