Sorry @chengjianping , I wonder if you can tell us more about how these triggers would work. Triggers are normally something users interact with, so maybe viewing the page, clicking a link, or something else would fire them. Can you confirm how those might work in a footer? Do users need to click something, or how exactly are you integrating with email and WhatsApp, for example?

Hearing more about a sample workflow would help. And when you mean “adding” them, does that mean building a new trigger as an addon, or using one of our existing triggers?

    Thanks

Sending a message or email is triggered by clicking on it. If you click on the product to view the browsing time, it will trigger the statistics of browsing time

Okay, you can use our “Magic Button”/”Magic Link” triggers to fire recipes (like sending emails) when users click them. See https://automatorplugin.com/knowledge-base/magic-button/.

Automator cannot track browsing time though or run actions based on active time on a site. Sorry about that. Automator is primarily to help with automated workflows and integrations, show tracking time user browser time probably isn’t something we could support in future either (at least directly, we might integrate with tools that track time themselves in future).

    Hopefully that feedback helps!

Hello, I would like to set up Whats and email triggers on the website, and then click on them to directly redirect to the corresponding interface. Is this for free or paid use?

    Hi @chengjianping ,

If your question is whether there’s an interface in Automator for manually replying to WhatsApp and email messages, there is not. It can help with automated replies and workflows only and doesn’t offer a friend end interface for interacting directly with other users.
