Add Twitter badge to custom-themed page

Hi folks —

I suspect I know the answer to this one, but I figure I could be wrong… We have a site for a client which some great developers did for us, but I hate to bother them for every little thing, and this was something I thought I’d be able to do. I can code html from the ground up and my CSS is fine, but no Javascript.

So… Whenever I try to add code for the twitter button, all I get is a text link.

Presumably I need to add the Javascript to one of my .js files and then call it on the page, but… which one?
