Add User – Unable to add user

    I am unable to add a “user” to UpiCRM. I followed your instructions and added the WP user first (as subscriber) and then attempted to add the user to UpiCRM in the “Users Center”.

    No user, other than the primary use displays in this section. No other users are in the drop down.

    I did uninstall the plugin (and cleared the UpiCRM WP data tables) and the re-installed. Same issue.

    Any suggestion to correct this?

    Good afternoon! You can try changing the user’s rights by editing the UpiCRM field on the WordPress Users.Users->Edit->UpiCRM options->Permission. Here you can immediately select the role: UpiUser / UpiAdmin. After that you can go to the next step of the instruction.

    I have the same problem.

    There are several “subscriber” users on my WordPress installation, but UpiCRM sees only me, the site admin. Even if I make myself UpiAdmin, I still can’t see any other users.

    Any ideas?
