Add users to every site with a default role

Sorry I’m asking this question here. But in multisite froum there’s also you who’s answering.

When you want to add a user to every site on your network, you’ve got some pretty cool plugins for that as a network admin.

What plugins exactly does this job? for example everyone signs up in a multisite is added to all of sites as subscriber.
