Add users to several groups automatically

    Hi
    I would very much like to divide my users up into groups or list or something like that, automatically.
    Users should be able to be in several groups.

    These groups, will then be used to send emails out depending on which group is chosen.

    The list option is fine, but I need it to update automatically depending on submissions from the user.
