Add VAT number to account creation

Hello,

I would like to add the VAT number when a client is creating an account, with the checkout etc…
also when a client gets the order mail that the vat number is also on the order ticket,invoices etc…
i would like to use something free, or add the code myself (only don’t know the code ?? )
