Add video comment with kaltura not working

  • I’ve installed Kaltura plugin for my wordpress site. In the comments box it says add video comment when I upload a video it takes to a page that say sorry we can’t, try searching archive. any ideas?

  • Sounds like an issue with your theme or bad installation.

    Did the installation went well? Did you create/connect your Kaltura account?
