Add Videos to Your Blog Automatically

I have an untested theory on how you might do this:

1) – find the RSS feed for the videos on youtube that you want to post;
(example: https://youtube.com/ut_rss?type=tag&arg=card%20tricks )
2) – use https://www.rssfwd.com or https://rssforward.net or similar service to forward RSS entries to email;
3) – set the destination email to be the posting address of your WordPress blog (configured under settings->Writing).

I think you still will need a step between 2 and 3 to strip out the URL of the video from the RSS XML.

You will likely get a lot of false-positives, and need to manually intervene however.

I found a great tool for what you described…it’s called caRP and it has a specific YouTube plugin

I actually use this to pull new video content automatically, straight from YouTube. A couple of examples where I use it:
