Add width and height to Podcast Widget

I am sorry for the late reply.

I have checked the pagespeed insight. Although sizes attribute is added by the podcast player automatically. However, I think we need to add width and height attributes. We will try to make some changes in the plugin to add this automatically.

I have made some changes in the plugin to resolve this issue. However, I am still testing it. You can also test it on your website to confirm that it is working perfectly for you.

1. First, backup your website (So that In case of any issues, you can roll back your website)
2. Download test version of podcast player from https://www.dropbox.com/t/SIsA6hreS8DRC6jJ
3. Upload the above plugin from the zip file to your WordPress website.
4. Clear cache and test.

Inform if it is working on your website or you need any more help on this.

I think the issue of google complaining about width and height of image has been resolved. Kindly check with the latest update and confirm that it is working as expected.
