Add WP CLI command for managing blocked IP addresses

    It would be great if this plugin also adds WP CLI support for managing blocked IP addresses:
    – List blocked IP addresses
    – Un-block / clear blocked IP address(es)

    Currently I have to use wp option / raw SQL queries for managing blocked IP addresses, notably when a customer blocked itself.
