Add Youtube bar(!) without video in autofocus

Hey Guys,

I’m having problems embedding a youtube video without (!) the video to a post on my blog.
I want the readers to see only the youtube bar with the buttons but not the video, do you know what I mean?

I read over the internet that you simply have to change the height of the video in the code but wordpress/autofocus seems to “cut” the height from the bottom rather than from the top!?
