Add zoom option

    Its a feature i would love to see in this plugin. To me it is perfect in what itr provides, but having the ability to zoom in would make it the best choice out there. What i mean, is for example having fullHD image opened on smaller resolution, where the image gets blurred, to be able to click and show 100% of the pixels. The outer frame of the image to be overflow:hidden, where inside of it the 1:1 scale image can be panned. If not at least some direct link to the image.

    I would love the hear some response on that ?? Stay awesome!

  • This is something we’ve considered but likely won’t be implementing in the near future. It’s mainly because we don’t want to add more weight or bloat to the plugin. This plugin was built to support one lightbox script, and a zoom function would require the inclusion of more third party scripts, which we’d like to avoid for now. We’ll keep this in mind for an enhancement down the road at some point, but won’t be including it in our roadmap for now. Thanks for using WP Featherlight!
