add_editor_style making Gutenburg ugly

I have a couple of frontend CSS elements I’d also like in the Gutenburg editor. These make is so the first P of every page is set to bold and a blockquote is always set to italic, those kind of things. With add_editor_style I have added the same styles to the Gutenburg editor which works, but this also make the editor look like WordPerfect from the 90’s. Is there a way of only using the styles I’m injecting and nothing more? Oh, my theme is based on Bootstrap with little to non additional CSS.
