add_link_attributes not fireing on RESt-Calls

    Dear Rank-Mathematicians,

    we noticed that the feature “open external links in new tab/window” won’t be applied to REST-API-Calls of posts.

    The reasons seems to be, that the Link_Attributes-class constructor hooks in via the wp-action, which doesnt seem to be fired during Rest-API-Calls.

    Is that behavior intended?

    Changing the hook from wp to init or plugins_loaded solves the problem.
