Hello, this is a great plugin thank you for developing it. It used to work great for me and then I’m not sure what happened recently but I am forced to disable it because when it’s enabled my navigation menu disappears. My debug log shows the following:

Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Navigation\Menu::add_plugin_item is deprecated since 9.3 with no alternative. Navigation classes will be removed in WooCommerce 9.4

I tried disabling all other plugins except for this one but the issue persists. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
    – Jane

    Hello,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Would you please tell if you remember since which version you started facing this issue and which theme you are using so we can try to replicate it?

And have you tried disabling all other features other than Enable caching and see if you face the same issue?

    Regards,

Thank you for your prompt attention.

According to my debug logs, the first instance of this error appeared on September 18th, coinciding with the WooCommerce update on that day. Prior to that, my last round of plugin and theme updates occurred on September 12th.

I just rolled WooCommerce back to previous versions to pinpoint when your plugin was functioning correctly, and it worked fine with “Version 9.3.0-rc.1.” Unfortunately, versions after that seem to cause SpeedyCache to malfunction.

I also wanted to note that the navigation menu glitch persisted even when the cache was disabled—I had to completely deactivate your plugin to resolve it.

For reference, I’m using the Total theme by WPExplorer.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I’d like to bring to your attention another issue I’ve encountered. I have the WBW Currency plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-currency/) installed, which has always worked seamlessly with your cache plugin in the past. However, now when your plugin is enabled, it forces the use of the currency that was set when the pages were initially cached. Even when I attempt to manually change the currency, it keeps reverting back to the previously cached currency.

This issue occurs even with all other options disabled, and only the “enable cache” option turned on. However, when I disable your plugin, the currency functions correctly, switching based on the user’s location (e.g., USD for USA, EUR for Germany). Any ideas about this conflict?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We tried it using the floating currency changer and it was working for us would you please tell us what way are you trying to change the currency so we can do that?

    Hi, thanks for your followup.

With the following settings enabled, the WBW Currency switching isn’t functioning as expected, and the Navigation Menu issue is still unresolved:

    Page Cache Settings enabled options:

    • Browser Caching
    • Logged-in Users
    • GZIP Compression

    File Optimization enabled options:

    • Minify CSS
    • Combine CSS

The issue occurs when selecting a different currency: it updates correctly on the current product page and any subsequent product pages. However, when navigating back to the homepage, the currency reverts to the original default currency that was suggested upon the initial website visit. I do not have “Force Currency Based on Geo IP” enabled. The currency plugin is set to suggest a currency based on the user’s device settings, but it should allow users to select their preferred currency, which should remain consistent across the entire website once chosen (as it once did).

Regarding the menu issue, it displays correctly if I disable the “Combine CSS” option within File Optimization.

I have a staging site ready, and I can provide login details if you could share an email address where I can send them.

    Best,
    -Jane
