Added code turned all text below it to be a link

Hello!

I added a line of code to the bottom of the form so that users can link to the terms and conditions page. Unfortunately, now all the text below the link has also turned into a massive link for the “terms and conditions” page.

Here’s the code:

Is there an easier way to create a link from the “I accept these terms and conditions text next to the acceptance check box?
