Added Domain, Now What?

I’ve completed these steps:
1. Install plugin
2. Copy sunrise.php
3. Domain Mapping > Server IP
4. Domains > site ID, domain, not primaryNow what? When I try to create a site, I still only see the ability to create a site on the primary domain.
Domains: noobist.com (primary) and noobist.tv (new)
