added linked to home page, i publish and most of post gone

  • HI this started a while back but when I take an existing post say home page static page i add a link hit publish most of the post is gone except a few words and the link.
    this is happening on a aged post on a catigory also.
    do you think its a conflict from a plugin? thats what I think
    help please
    ps this was not happening when I first started my website a year and a half ago..
