Only useful if you can justify the cost of the “unlimited” premium version

    Know this going in: without paying for the Unlimited premium version, there are other plug-ins out there that do what this does better, faster, and with less trouble & limitations. That said, since I paid for the premium version this has gone back to being a good tool for me to backup & migrate WP installations.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW:
    I never had much luck restoring sites from file – seemed like a failing of the plug-in. Luckily there was a workaround that made this plugin useable… the ability to upload backups to the A1WB folder and do a restore from there from within the plug-in.

    Lo and behold, the plugin author has now removed access to that functionality, unless you pay them for “unlimited” premium plug-in access. Feels very extortionate and underhanded.

    I have just tested and the import file system does NOT work for me. It hangs at 100%.

    I set the upload size restriction / time out / max execution / etc to a healthy overhead, but had no luck. As I stated in the review I have never had good luck with the Import from File functionality of the plug-in.
