    I have cleantalk on Globaldove.org. Added a second website (heromakers.org) from the Globaldove Cleantalk dashboard and paid for the 3 website package. I expected the two websites to be on the same dashboard.

    Cleantalk opened a second account for heromakers.org and grabbed my personal email from where I don’t know. I tried to change it back to the dedicated email that is only for clean talk. The heromaker account won’t let me use that email address because “another customer has that email.” IT’S ME; IT’S MINE; IT’S FOR CLEAN TALK ONLY. I don’t want clean talk mail coming to my personal email address. Shouldn’t 3 websites paid by one customer be one account or at least one dashboard with drop downs per website?

    Please note that CleanTalk plugin uses the default website email to register automatically. If you want to use an existing CleanTalk account you need to add service manually in your CleanTalk account or change default email for the website to the same as your account name.

    We have merged your accounts according to your request by email. Please check your mail.
