Added settings option, do not notify if login from X IP address

Alrighty now, pushed out 2.0 version of The Hack Repair Guy’s Admin Login Notifier.
New version sports an exclude IP option, such that if you always connect from your home/office IP and do not wish to receive “you’ve logged in” messages, now you won’t.
