Added SSL Lets Encrypt – Lost Images

I created a WP lightsail instance and then used SSL Lets Encrypt to get https. When I performed this action, all of the photos on my site stopped showing up. The site URLs in word press are http not https (same with the images) and all of these URL fields are uneditable. How can I go about getting the images to show back up.
