Added Themes Don’t Appear

    Hi team,

    I have added a theme to my wp-content/themes/ folder, however it doesn’t show up when I go to the Themes page, to activate it.
    I have tried:
    – Purging all caches
    – Deleting & reuploading the theme
    – Logging out & logging back into www.ads-software.com
    – Clearing my browser history

    I do have the following notification on my Dashboard:
    In order for database caching to work with WooCommerce you must add _wc_session_ to the “Ignored Query Strings” option in W3 Total Cache settings.

    However, I cann’t access the W3 Total Cache settings page so can’t fix this. Would this make a difference to my ability to see installed themes anyway?

    To check that the problem is caused by W3 Total Cache Plugin or not, try to deactivate W3 Total Cache Plugin form your dashboard.

    Try to install the theme through the WordPress dashboard.
    Sometimes it doesn’t shows up when you upload it to the wo folder.
    Also try disabling the cache plugin

    Hi Aditya and Naveen,

    Thanks for your help. Still no luck. I’ve disabled W3 Total Cache Plugin. I’m unable to install themes through the WordPress dashboard (no “Add New” button – see screenshot here: https://ibb.co/mD9u89)

    Does anyone have any ideas?
