    Hello everyone.

The add to cart confirmation is way to slow on my site. Creates confusion and makes the people click more than once adding more quantities than needed.

Is there a way to improve this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello @juanmanuelsanch,

The site is a bit slow in general. I suggest that you execute a theme and plugin conflict test, to see if either the theme or one or more of your plugins are causing this problem.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to run a theme and plugin conflict test is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

It seems to be theme related. It seems to be conflicting styles. But Im truly clueless on how to fix it…

If someone can point me in the right direction I will appreciate it.

    Thanks!

Hi @juanmanuelsanch. Please make sure that your theme is up to date. If that doesn’t help, I recommend checking with the support for the theme to see what they suggest to help.
