Added Woocommerce plugin, now locked out of account
-
Hi!
So I was working on adding Woocommerce to my website. My website had been working perfectly fine. Updated to 4.0, updated all my plugins, updated my theme – no problem. I then added Woocommerce plugin. No apparent plugin until I hit ‘activate’.
Now, I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error whenever I try to access my site – logged into wordpress or not. I checked with friends on different servers with different OS and programs – still a 500 error.
This means I cannot access ANY part of my website. I can’t access it to get rid of Woocommerce, I can’t access it to see what the problem is… for all intents and purposes, my website is dead. None of my clients can look at it or view any portion of the website due to the 500 ISE message.
Help! If it suddenly isn’t recognizing my website, and I can’t access wordpress, what do I do? Everything from my host end is fine as well. It was only after the attempt to activate the plugin when everything went kaput. Any assistance in this matter would be fantastic.
Thanks!
