• Hi,

    We’ve just installed this plugin.

Trying to upload files in the “Add/Import Files” area produces an error of:

Unable to create directory /somepath/wp-content/grand-media/image. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

The module is accessing an incorrect path, the path should be:

    /somepath/wp-content/plugins/grand-media/image

As a quick work around we’ve added a symbolic link from ./wp-content/grand-media to ./wp-content/plugins/grand-media and tested the upload of the image, works fine.

This really should be fixed in the module though.

If you could please advise. Thanks.

The path is right. Gmedia library files and premium modules should be in “/wp-content/grand-media/” folder which is separate from plugin folder “/wp-content/plugins/grand-media/”.
