Adding 2 sites in multisite WP with 2 different languages – doesn't work

    I have multi WP site. I add another site under Admin Network which I’d like to be in another language. So the two sites are e.g.
    mydomain.com and
    mydomain.com/de (the added site with desired different language)

    When I set different language in the second site under site’s Settings -> General -> Site Language, also the first site adopts that language.

    I’d like to change the language in the second site, so I can make some widget’s text translations via Codestyling Localization plugin.

    How to change the sites’ language? Any help much appreciated!

    I can’t reproduce that. When I change the language on the second site, it ONLY changes the second site…

    Disable all your plugins and see if it works then?

    Thanks kindly for the tip! It worked after disabling plugins… not only via admin network but also disabling it manually by changing plugins dir.
