Adding 3 columns to home page

  • Hello,

    i am having a few issues and wondering if somebody could help me please?
    First of all, i would like to know if it is possible for me to add three columns to my homepage and how i would go about doing this? I am using a cyber chimps Responsive full width featured area Child Theme.

    Also could somebody tell me how could i set a central slide show at the top of my home page,i have followed some guidelines from another post but it doesn’t seem haven’t worked?!

    The final thing, i would like to be able to link pieces of text to other pages on my site but cannot find any info on how to do this online.

    I hope somebody can help me, or can recommend a guide on how to use my theme more successfully.
