adding a blog to my wordpress.com

Here’s my page that is supposed to be a blog

‘news’ is a post on my wordpress.com site

How can I make this act like a blog? Even though I’ve set ‘comments ‘ to be ‘on’ there’s no indication of any space or interactivity
