Adding a Blog/News Area?

Hey there, I made my church website from the Antioch wordpress themse (https://demo.churchthemes.net/?p=45) and here is my church website TrueLife.cc
What I would like to do is underneath the sliders, is add a blog type section to post current news. And make it look something like this https://toledometrochurch.com/truelife/wp-content/themes/antioch/images/Example.jpg Can someone help me on how I can go about doin this? Thanks a lot! ??
