Adding a capability name for download manager

    knowing that the “Download Manager” section on the dashboard appears for all users now..

    the capability name should be manage_options, but you can change that from download-manager.php

    Thanks Tauhidul Alam for your reply! I tried changing the capability name and adding/removing it to a role but the “Download” menu keeps appearing in dashboard as long as “edit posts” capability is given… Is there another thing should be done?
