    Hi All.

I’m running F8 Static and I started to realize that it would be much better if I moved the information in the “portfolio” category so that it is a MENU.

The idea is that when I clicked on the MENU I could see all the items in my portfolio and I could leave all the other CATEGORIES in the category list sort of bunched together as a lot of data.

Effectively I am hoping for a way to have this page come up when I click on a menuitem at the top.

Can anyone help me with suggestions on how to do something like this?

I’ve realized that I need to show some of the CATEGORIES more prominently and right now they are sort of locked up with the other categories that have less importance.

    Thanks for any help.

You can either use a custom menu if your form supports them (or you can add support)

Or use Mark Jaquith’s Page Links To plugin

i guess this should read ” and right now they are locked up with the other categories – on the right hand side – that have less importance”.

basically I am trying to extract one of the categories on the right hand side and put it at the top as a menuitem.

    thanks

So if you have a category called ‘doodahs’, you can create a page also called ‘doodahs’ which will appear in your main menu and use ‘page links to’ to redirect that page to the ‘doodahs’ category.
