Adding a checkbox to user profile and order table in the admin panel

Hello, I would like to add a checkbox to the User profile page that users cannot edit, but admin can.. and I would like it to show in the order table in the admin panel. I am using woocommerce, and wordpress as well as woocommerce is all up to date, but I can’t seem to find a way to add a custom checkbox that will be editable by admin and show in that table. Help is appreciated. Thank you!
