Adding a class= in Block Editor

In the classic editor, we used a plugin to allow our inexperienced editors to add a class=”button_state”.
The plugin is “Extend Link”
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/extend-link/Is there a way in the Gutenberg block editor and in the Visual Editor, not HTML editor to achieve this?

In the Block Editor, every block has an “Advanced” section where can add custom class(es) and HTML anchor.
But that’s at the block level.
If you need this inline, you could probably pull this off with the custom block-level class and crafty use of pseudo-classes.
