Adding a comment count and comment bubble to every post headline

  • I’ve been trying to add a comment bubble and a custom image (bubble) that shows next to my post headline and don’t really know where to start. Here’s an example of what I wanna do https://makingitlovely.com/

    I’ve looked for answers everywhere but haven’t been able to accomplish this. I’m using a TwentyTen child theme.
    I need to know what HTML code to add to what folder, as well as what CSS code to use to insert the image, and where exactly I need to add it in the style sheet.

    Anyone can help?
