Adding a 'Contact Me' page to Hemingway Rewritten

I’m new to website design and I’m currently building my first website using WordPress Hemingway Rewritten.

I want to add a ‘Contact Me’ page but cannot find anyway of doing it. A search of this forum suggested I install a plugin into the site but WordPress insists I upgrade to a business plan at ￡250/year. I opted for a free plan because I cannot afford that kind of cash.

Does anyone know if I can add a ‘Contact Me’ page to my website that is free and if so can you make sure it has easy-to-follow instructions.
