Adding a discount to order in admin

    Here is the workflow I am trying to achieve…

    ? An order is placed on the website
    ? The customer gets confirmation that the order was received and is being processed
    ? A store manager is notified that the order was placed
    ? Store manager confirms the customer qualifies for a discount
    ? Store manager opens the order in the admin and applies a discount
    ? The order is then processed at the lower price point

    Unfortunately, our plugin only processes payment at the time of submission. I will add this as an item on our road map so our team can discuss it moving forward, but at this time we do not support what you’re looking for.
