Additional fees, either optional or mandatory, can only be configured with the Pro version of Vik Rent Car. It’s the feature that you find under the menu “Cars” – “Car Options”.
Through that function you can create additional extra services that will be automatically applied to each rental order according to various settings, or you can also offer some options to your guests like for booking a “baby seat” or a particular type of insurance.
The Pro version will also let you define other kinds of automated fees, for example the Out of Hours fees in case rentals take place at certain times of the day where there should be a fee applied, or you could set up fees per locations.

Unfortunately, with the Free version you cannot set up additional fees beside the basic rental cost for the car, which can still be a daily cost, an hourly cost, or a daily cost plus some extra hours of rent.
