Adding a features section to a page

  • Hi .. I maintain a number of WP sites and one of my customers has asked for a features section like the one in https://grainedit.com/2011/06/02/anorak-magazine-interview/. As in this website, each feature would have a small image with a title line underneath. A link from the image or title line would go to one of a number of places such as another page, a web page on another site or maybe display a PDF scan of e.g. a newspaper article. We would need the ability to maintain the features list (add/delete/move) and to easily create new items. It would be in a column of a WP page (not the sidebar). Can anyone suggest a plugin or the best way to achieve this, please ?
