Adding a field for a donation. Is that possible?

    I am testing your form plugin. Wanted to know if I can add a donation field with your plugin. And also would be great if you could confirm if fixed amount will be displayed or a website visitor can add the amount he wants.

    Dear @scott1981

    The plugin has the donation field you want. Fixed amount can be added so that the user can choose from. Also the plugin can have a field where a custom amount can be added. After choosing one of the options and submitting the form, website visitors will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
