I am wondering if I can install a header into Brunelleschi Theme with an FTP client. The header option in the theme is not working.

Do I need to add a line of code into my editor to do this?

Or is this option even possible?

  • Not – it’s not. Delete the theme and re-upload a fresh copy.

Okay. I just installed it last night, but I will do this and give it a try. Thanks. I will post here if it works since it seems a lot of people are having this same issue with the header.

Yes, that theme seems to have some major problems and if you read the support threads – it looks like the developer has not been updating it. you might want to find another theme.

I just tried to reinstall it and it did not fix the problem. The only issue I am having is with the header not appearing. I am using this on another site as well and I need the look of my two sites to be consistent. I think the simplicity of this theme is beautiful! I would gladly pay for this theme if the developer decided to make it a premium theme and fix the issues. There is something to be said for simplicity.

(I’m really bummed this theme has issues. Maybe he will get around to fixing them. In the meantime I can live without the header.)

Thanks for your help, esmi & WPogi.
