Adding a Home Page Logo

Hello! I’m using a custom theme on my site (soundbitesandseasonings.com) and can’t seem to get my JPG logo to replace the “Soundbites & Seasonings” text in the header. I’ve tried a few plugins but they all remove the text, but don’t display the logo. Also, the coding isn’t straightforward HTML like <img src=”xxx”>, so I can’t tell exactly where/what to replace in the php file. Any help would be appreciated!
