adding a link in text breaks layout

Hello all.
When I add a link in the text – the layout of the row breaks and I can’t figure out why.
I have one elementor row with the male doctor and it displays just as I’ve set it.
Similarly for the female doctor below – but I’ve dulpicated this row as I want to add a link in the text (first para) which seems to generate multiple tags throughout the row and it’s columns, and as you see completely breaks the design.
This might have something to do with event listeners but I can’t find any workarounds with css.
There are no errors generated in the console
